its a normal Enfield No5 Mk1 that someone had taken a hack saw and chopped off the flash cone

Yes, it has fallen victim to Dr. Bubba, as have many.

Moved it to milsurp. The barrel doesnt look cut, Its too thick.

Many years ago the RCMP used a few of these carbines and machined the bell off the flash suppressor as per the photo, this may have been one of theirs.

I have never heard of such a thing I'd be interested to know more about RCMP Jungle Carbines

Not much more to say. I own one identical, bought it from a reputable RCMP member who explained the history behind the FS removal. As you can readily see the bell was professionally machined off and not bubba’d.
