Help me out people!!!

I have seen a Taurus 92 nickle with a bad case of cracks and peeling on the barrel, besides that really is enough $$$$ to get you a much higher quality gun from one of the dealers here on CGN, I think Wolverine has factory certified Sig's in that price range !!!!!!!

Edited to add, yes Wolverine is listing Sig P-226 factory certified refurbs for $848, factory new that pistol would go for $1000 to $1100 and be well worth it.

I've shot the beretta NEOS a couple times and really liked how it shot. the only drawback IMO is the weird "spacegun" design :D

I bought a bull barrel Ruger Mark. II off the EE for a good price last year and it's been great. From what I hear and see at the range the Ruger mark series pistols are great little plinkers.

EDIT: X2 on looking for a used Hi Standard. Very nice

Get the Ruger (I love my Mk.1), and yes, check the EE. Why buy new?

I agree with Hoegaarden- the Neos are too "Buck Rogers" for me. But then, I'm a middle-aged fart... :)

If the Beretta Neos are as fun as my 76S, they'd be a great choice. I handled one when I was looking for a 22, and I thought that they were a nice gun. (no $$ at the time :( )
I picked up a Ruger Mklll 22/45 later on and I love it. Fun to shoot, reliable, decently accurate :D .

(E)

Two months ago, I bought a Ruger Blackhawk .22lr/.22mag from Ellwood for $485 plus shipping (cause I didn't want to pick it up). I can't tell about the prices for the other handguns. You need to check them out and compare prices.

Look also into Browning Buckmark. Buckmark is as good if not better than Ruger Mark II & III.
