Help me pick a box mag shotgun.

Well the PM5 is likely not on my short list, $800 and then $95 per mag puts it beyond what I want to spend for something that I'm just going to blast targets in the bush.

how many mags do you want in the bush? The normal mag is 7 rounds so you might only be getting one spare? maybe two? Other mags are still over 50 bucks right? so your talking the difference of 990$ vs 900$ on the total purchase. (I bought 5 extra for 3gun, that sucked. Especially since I did the SAP6 mod and only used 2 mags last season)

In all honesty though if you dont need the shotgun to run 100% on the clock Then you can have a lot of fun still with the SAP. If you have the gunsmithing skills you can get the SAP running pretty good. I lost out this year on to AirCAV and his SAP6

Just curious about the Valtro guys, does it come with a choke set? Or is it fixed cylinder? I emailed WestRifle but no reply

I have never seen or found any chokes for it yet. There is some attachment on the end that makes you think there is some available though. I have not measured it out to see size it is.

Someone at sometime has posted here about what chokes are compatible with the Valtro/Pm5.
All I remember is that they got them from here, and it was a external choke.

Thanks Inner,

Quick glance at it and the A302 chokes looked like something. So I gogoled Beretta A302 Chokes. Found this picture. That nut on the end looks like the one on the Valtro.

That nut also looks like a Fabarm barrel nut. I wonder if external Fabarm chokes would work? Both are Italian.
