Help me pick a long range gun in .300WM

weatherby vangaurd "sub moa" shoots under 1" from the factory. sako model 75 shoots 1" from the factory. weatherby mark 5 and standard vangaurds shoot 1.5" from the factory. These are 3 shot groups at 100 yards using quality factory ammo and the manufacture stands behind these statements. The other mass production gun makers don't promise anything (winchester, remington browning, savage, etc. If you can afford a Kimber, then you can afford one of these. When it comes to a rifle dedicated for 1000 yard paper punching, then you should go custom built with a $2,000 to $3,000 budget.

well if anything will do I would buy another T3 in 300wm again but then you could buy a remmy or a savage or whatever and have fun setting it up for 1000 yard toy as well as a hunting rifle.......36" @ 100 will touch down in the rings @ 1000 out of a T3 300wm by the way ;) with 168ers

That remy that Krazy has up for sale is a shooter.
It was built from the ground up IIRC.Selling for probably half what it would cost you to build.RB
