Acquired a 1978 no 1 V. In .22-250. It's in excellent shape and a shooter to boot. Added new bases and extension rings and I really like the dang thing but its my 3rd 22 250 and redundant to my needs. What does one go for if you want it sold?

The folly of used guns is that they're only worth what someone is willing to pay. New ones go for $1600 or so, so you're likely not going to see that kind of cash unless it wears some remarkable glass.

What are you looking for? Possibly list is on EE for sale or trade. Throw a Cash value on it, then state what you would trade for it.
