Help me to decide the caliber between a CZ 455 Varmint 22LR vs 22 Magnum

22lrguy gave you very good advice. he is a well respected member on the boards here, and has a tonne of experience. You will save a lot of money learning from others, rather than learning the hard and expensive way. 200 yard is just too far to shoot rimfire of any kind for consistent accuracy. Sure the bullet will get there, sure when conditions are perfect you can be somewhat accurate, but to get small groups at that distance with a rimfire, it will cost you more than shoot 200 yards accurate with a 223.

If you want to shoot a rimfire constantly for accuracy, back the distance down a bit, and you will have way more fun, and be way less discouraged.

As for guns a Sako quad switch barrel, or the CZ 455 switch barrel are perfect for your aspirations. Both very good and accurate, the sako more so, and both hold their value so if you don't like it you won't lose a lot in selling it.
