Help me with my sling mounting

So I'd like to put a sling on my 870. Problem is it's a rather odd configuration. The type of mount that goes between the reciever and stock wont work because of the folder.

There's what it looks like. Im thinking of looping one end of the sling around the frame of the folder, and mounting the other on the side, front. Has to be on the left side, this pictures old and Ive got a flashlight on the right side now. Any other suggestions on what type of mounts to use and where to mount them? I've seen 870s like mine that had a sling stud on the bottom of the barrel/mag clamp, but mine dosnt. Anyone know where to get them? Thanks

To do that I would have to drill and tap the top of the pistol grip and Im not sure I can as the grip is 2 peices and moves to reduce recoil. Can you get an adapter that fits between the stock and reciever that has a top sling moutning location?
 
I don't have one, or I would have lol. I bought it used. I'll see if it's available from the website.

EDIT: Found it. Looks like it was supposed to come with a sling stud, so my question probably looks retarded. Well it didnt come with instructions or a sling stud, as I bought it used. I'll have to see If a regular stud will fit, or can be made to fit. Right now I just have it looped directly around the folder frame.

Yes...somebody here had one. Google Brownell's etc and you should be able to find one esaily.

Lots of options that would work depending on what style you want.
