i know i have my pal i just havent got it in the mail can i call my cfo and get the number and start a transfer on a private buy thanks for any info on this subject

You can phone the CFC and ask them if they can give you PAL #. Most of the time they say they cannot release that information. When I called they gave it to me and I had a rifle show up at my door almost before my PAL.
