Came across what I believe to be a PU, Tula 1944. However it has a copperish coloured magazine. Very definite demarcation line between it and the trigger guard. Doesn't take cold blue, might have darkened it a tad, but still coppersh colored. Were some of theses mags made in a different alloy than the rest of the rifle. Only explanation that I can come up with. Of course nothing referenced on the interjunk or yousliss tube that I can find.
Lemme know if any of you have a good answer or even if you wanna make one up cause that never happens on forums.
