Hi, bit of a dilemma here. My friend has borrowed my reloading books and I don't know when I'm gonna see them again. He just left town for a family emergency and I don't expect him back in less than a month.
I just recieved my order of CAMPRO bullets and want to start reloading for my 9mm and 45acp.
They are 124gr and 230gr respectively. POWER PISTOL is the only pistol powder I have and there is no where within 1500km to buy any. So Power Pistol it will have to be.
What safe start loads would I need for both 9mm and 45acp?
I am loading for a Luger and a Sig P250 in 9mm and a Norinco Commander 45acp.
I have thousands of mixed brass for both and winchester primers. PLEASE SHARE YOUR LOADS (including the OAL you find best)
THANK YOU GUYS/GALS

Power Pistol is awesome for 9mm.

I've loaded much hotter than this with other plated bullets, but I got to try Power Pistol with 124gr Campro HP last week, 5.6gr gives you a nice reliable mild load. I think OAL was ~1.125".

Always found I needed a FIRM crimp with power pistol running 9mm berrys or she got dirty really fast...

Don't recall the charge weight tho but looks like others have covered that.
