HELP...NEED someone to RELOAD .308

Id totally be in for some reloads ,cheaper then buying norinco I'd imagine , but I'm thinking it's illegal and I remember seeing you can't advertise such requests ( buying or selling reloads on here ) :s
 
I believe it's illegal for them to sell you ammo unless they are a licensed ammo manufacturer. I believe it would also be illegal for you to buy it (wouldn't surprise me at least!).
However ......... If you were to supply the reloading components to your "mentor" for some private "lessons" and if there happen to be some extra components left over that might just happen to get left behind with your "mentor" for safe keeping then there's nothing illegal about that!
 
Just so we're clear & nobody gets the wrong idea ...... I am suggesting if you find someone with the gear and supply the materials and some labor there's no harm done if there's some leftovers and it is legal! I am not suggesting anyone break the law. For what it's worth I agree ...... Lee 50th kit & off to the races is OP's best bet!!!
 
I posted an add about reloads on here and got nothing but backlash and a warning from moderators and also alot of CGN members were disgusted that I was asking for them and saying they would be scared to death shooting ammo thru their guns that someone else has reloaded
 
It's for the same reasons mentioned above I don't invite friends over to my house for dinner...
What if they eat something and get sick or choke on a sammich I made and die...

The liability risk is too high.
 
This used to be illegal but now it's only illegal if you sell reloaded ammo commercially without the proper licenses. Part 14 of the Explosives Regulations 2013. Watch the date because there are copies of the previous version cached online that say different. One workaround that should be perfectly fine would be to load your own using someone else's equipment.
