Help needed finding sights for my Kimber

Hello all,

I have just purchased a Kimber Custom Target II. Nice upgrade from my Norinco.

The sights are the adjustable target style. I want to swap them for fibre optic combat style sights. However, the dovetail that the Target system works on is smaller than the dovetail used for Combat models.

Does anyone know of combat style sights that will fit a target model Kimber slide?

I saw some FO sights at The Calgary Shooting Centre not too long ago, perhaps give them a call.

I'm trying to find a FO front sight and having the same problem. There are so many different size cuts that its a nightmare for dealers and too much of a pain for them to provide usefull help. I've tried many site sponsors with specific Dawson dimentions and not one is willing to help. That is even if they carry dawson sights. I talked to Dawson and they wont ship here neither do the importers they list on the website. I'm waiting on EGW for an answer. If I get a positive from them, I'll let you know

Brownells. I replaced my front sight with a FO. Get the height right when you order.

This helps a lot. I still didn't find what I was looking for in the quick look I took, but Dawson probably can help me. I will email them.
