Help needed with finding scope rings

Hello,

I have been having a hard time finding good quality scope rings . I need 30mm rings for a 3/8th dovetail. Quick detach and/or see through would be an added bonus.

If anyone could suggest a make or dealer I could go to that would be great. So far my search has turned up nothing.
