Help needed

Hi.Just acquired what I believe is an Tower shortland Brown Bess.I'm in need of a name and number to an appraiser in the Niagara Ont. region to authenticate and appraise.It is in good condition but does not have any military markings.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks Mike

Fort George at Niagara-on-the-lake has an 1812 re-enactment this weekend. Take some photos to the event and see if anyone either knows what you've got, or can point you in the right direction. Plenty of folks there will know who you could go to for a professional appraisal
