So I took everything apart for the first time today mostly just to see how it all works. I had some trouble putting the trigger assembly back together but I managed to figure it out after a while. Dry fired it and everything seemed fine. Went to the range to make sure and the first couple shots were fine. Then it started to misfire. A lot.

I pulled the mag and tried dry firing again. When the trigger was pulled it wasn't making a nice solid click, the sound was kind of muted. I gave up and came home. Now that it has warmed up again (was -10C outside) dry firing sounds normal again. Does it need to be lubed? Or did I mess something up?

The temp shouldn't be causing any issues unless its bathing in oil. I suspect your hammer spring may not be seated properly in the trigger group. There's not much info to go on here.

It is definitely not over oiled, if anything it isn't oiled enough. I just took the trigger assembly and bolt out again to inspect everything. The firing pin moves freely and the bolt is clean enough. I took the trigger assembly apart again just to make sure and double checked against the diagrams online. I am pretty sure I haven't assembled it wrong. Everything is back together again and dry fires just fine. I won't get a chance to go back out to the range again until next weekend though as it is dark by the time I get off work.

Thank you all for the responses. My second attempt at putting the trigger assembly back together must have fixed something because it is firing just fine now. I ran two 25 round magazines though it as fast as I could and there were no misfires. Now I just have to wait for my new scope to arrive so I can get back to target shooting.
