Help please re Sentinel Imperial .22 revolver

I have a friend with a grave illness who has owned the revolver for over twenty years. He has asked that I find out what it might be worth. It is a 12-6 registered prohibited.
If you could help me with some comments about this gun, and your best guess at its desirability and possible value, I would be grateful
If you need a picture to help give an opinion I can email the one he has given me.

Thanks that’s what I thought but didn’t know. Especially with c71 coming and 12-6 not allowed out of the house even to the range as I understand the proposed law.

I appreciate you taking the time to let me know your thoughts.
