Off topic, why do you want a strip lower in the safe?
Placeholder in the event of a prohibition? I'm sure there's plenty of people who would have loved to have a stripped AK receiver in the safe when the current Act came into power.
This might be the cheapest option https://www.freedomventures.ca/products/sti-stripped-lower or the upper and lower https://www.freedomventures.ca/products/sti-matched-upperlower
What's the point in having an original piece of art that you can't put on display without damaging it? What's the point of having a car you can't go drive without risking removing all it's value? What's the point of having a high end house with everything in white? Just because you can. Just because other people don't have it.The earliest a ban can happen is in 2014...What is the point of having a gun that you can not shot anyways? (Ak47)
Looking for a stripped AR-15 lower to throw in the safe.
What is the difference between a regular stripped lower, and a "pistol marked" lower?
You can legally load ten rounds in any AR in Canada as long as it's the magazine that's marked as a pistol mag.Doesn't the "Pistol" marked lower mean you can load 10rnds?

One of the most proven methods for making someone want something is to tell them they can't have it. Look at what the AWB did in the states, the values of the ARs down there increased during the ban, and overnight plummeted after it ended. Look at the value of fully automatic firearms, something like $9000 for the cheapest last I saw. Look at the buying frenzy that's happening at the mention of a new ban on scary guns. Buy something for $200 now, and potentially be able to sell it for $2000 in ten years, or keep it and be part of an exclusive club.
.....For Canada, once the firearm is banned...it is a paper weight, totally different cases.
You can have all those items you named and still use it for its purpose, but not prohibited firearms.
