What I am looking for is simple and par for the course.

An AR that is accurate, and not too expensive. Say, 20" barrel, or less if less does the job. I like RRA, how are they? Other suggestions? Who has them? I usually buy from Questar. A 1 MOA AR...really 1 MOA not bull#### you can do it with reloads etc etc...an actually accurate AR.

Recommendations?

A longer barrel length, not more accurate does it make....

What's your definition of "not too expensive"?

If you want accurate you need to go with a bull barrel I know you said you don't want that but bull barrels have the best accuracy I've seen a AR-50 with a bull barrel shoot 1" MOA at 1500 yards. So if you want accurate buy a bull barrel. that is my .02¢

Nah. No fancy barrels really is required. Just a free floated modern day built AR from any company on the planet these days builds an moa rifle with almost any decent brand name ammo.

A free floated bDecent manufacturer barrel with any USA made ammo with do Moa. Bull barrel has too much barrel whip.

You don't need a bull barrel and you need to reread what an MOA is, its not measured in inches as MOA is the unit of measure. A single "MOA" equates to ABOUT 1 inch.

You want accurate? Les Baer, JP, Wilson Combat, ATRS etc, Quality higher end rifles made by well known manufacturers. Even some of the lower "tier" manufacturers can make models that are capable of great groups, I had a Bushmaster with a 20 inch fluted heavy barrel that was a really great shooter and my DPMS AR-10 is capable of sub MOA but those are exceptions not the regular for those companies and the AR-10 is a different breed altogether.
Plan to pay over $2000 for an AR with a quality barrel and a quality trigger, spend at least another $1000 for a quality optic, then spend at least $1.00 per round on quality ammo and then last but certainly not least be prepared to do your part behind the trigger.

You don't need a long barrel and you don't need a bull barrel. My PWS piston driven AR with a 12 inch barrel can shoot sub moa using 77 grain Black Hills match grade ammo, it's not cheap but nothing else I've shot through that rifle is even close to that accurate.

First of all we need to know your budget, there are plenty of rifles that will do that but depending on your price range they might be out of it. Daniel Defence is a good start, LMT, arguably the most accurate factory rifle Noveske, some Colt's perhaps.

Absolutely pure gold for a post, especially the bold portion. Many spend decent money on the gun, some spend decent money on the optic, but very few ever spend decent money on the ammo they feed it. Its a complete package and you need to understand that for a desired result you need to have that complete package.

Cheers to 77 grain Black Hills match grade ammo that makes things a lot more easier to obtain great results in 1/7 barrel.
