Did the epoxy look compacted? Like can you see any compressed areas where the action would be contacting it? From what I remember the action doesn't contact anywhere other than the 4 rollers. So depending on how big the blob is, it shouldn't touch but if its taller than the roller id be concerned. Does the blob contact the action bolts? If so id be concerned. Do you have any pics of the blob?

155's with 46 gr of Varget. I have found that Amax bullet shoot well .020 off the lands. I stopped testing there so they may shoot seated at 2.800. Last time that I shot in Barbados most of the shooters were shooting Hornady 155 factory match.
