Help - Remington 700 Sendaro or Winchester model 70 xtr featherlite

The 700 Sendero's are very nice and apparently quite accurate as well but they are also heavy.
Not sure about the xtr featherlight as I am not familiar with them but I assume that are much lighter to carry so between these two it comes down to what kind of hunting you want to do.
Open country long range shots go with the 700 Sendero. Carrying in the bush more and i would go with the lighter gun.

The Sendero's are beastly rifles, well north of 10lbs when scoped. Very precise, well made, but heavy and bulky. If you'll be taking long shots and not having to walk too far with it, go with the Sendero. The Winchester is a nice rifle too, I've owned 2 of the new(ish) Model 70's (New Haven Conn. production after they went back to CRF), 1 Super Grade in 30-06, and 1 Sporter in 7mm WSM. Both shoot quite well, and the Sporter I currently have is quite handy and has plenty of punch. I don't think you could go wrong with either rifle to be honest. Try to go somewhere that you can handle both of them. The other rifle I would suggest taking a look at is a Sako A7 Roughtech. I like the mid weight profile fluted barrel for easy carry, grippy stock, stainless construction and the 60 degree bolt throw is a nice touch too.

These are two completely different rifles.
With no idea as to end use you are asking us to differentiate between oranges and pumpkins.
That said . . . buy them both. Scope the Remington with a 2.5-16 and the Winchester with a 2.5 - 8.
Use Leupold dual dovetail rings.
I did not see where money was a problem nor an option so when do you plan to start reloading?

Would people say the Sendero beats a x bolt? I have heard alot of mixed results regarding browning
I just got a Xbolt SS stalker 7mm,groups under an inch with factory 168 SST,s.

Couldn't get my Tikka,Rem 700 or Savage 10 TR ,To group under an inch ,with factory ammo.

Whats to compare?
The F-250 Stupid Duty Super Cab or the Dodge 2500 Regular Cab.
Two different firearms from the spectrum.
O/ne is a whole lot heavier than the other.
You choice on what you like to drive/shoot.
