Help sighting an Elcan C79 on a 4th gen mount

Does anyone have the sighting instructions or an owner’s manual for the Elcan ? I have lost my owners manual and need to remount the sight on a new rail. I can’t remember what one click translates to in terms or direction and distance at 100 yards.

Elv I believe Right is up. Becuase move it to the right it will move the back up, moving the POA up.

Windage I beleive counter-clock wise is to move the POA to the right.

The windage adjustment has an arrow indicating movement of the MPI to the right,, so with the arrow moves you 1 MOA to the right per click.

The elevation adjustment,, if viewed from behind the rifle,, when moved to the right,, raises the MPI up 1 MOA per click.

I think the actual spec is that each click is equal to 0.25mil.
