HELP!!! SKS firing pin retainer pin

So I was doing a thorough clean on my SKS took the bolt completely apart removed the firing pin and somewhere along the way the retaining pin got lost I'm having a hard time finding one as it's a 49 Tula with the spring loaded firing pin any I find are for the free floating.

I might have a spare pin from a 1950 sks spring pin

Try a large magnet dragged all around your cleaning zone? I have one about 8" wide on a collapsible stick from CT. It's saved many small parts and oddball screws from being lost forever, just drag it all over the spot you were working and check the bottom...

Tried a magnet but the problem is is that the pin fell into the bucket I was working over as I was cleaning with boiled water to clean out the salts from surplus ammo and I forgot it was on there when I dumped the bucket outside among some rocks... Never do that again lol
