All of a sudden I am having issues with my AccuTrigger in my Savage 10 BA in .308. I will either chamber a round either from the mag or single loading and it seems trigger will not set, I have to lift the bolt often 3 or 4 times to get it to set.Its a pain in my a__ I have never touched the trigger adjustment so what would be causing this and what would be the cure? HELP.

Your trigger is probably set too low. Take the action out of the stock & turn the small adjustment screw with the Savage supplied tool. Adjust a little at a time until the trigger sets.
This was likely caused by the parts wearing in & once you make the adjustment it should be ok for a long time before needing further adjustment.

Its clean, It only seems to happen when a cartridge is involved, I can cycle it a hundred times empty and never happens but with a shell maybe 1 in 5. My biggest problem on trying to adjust right now is the tool was left in Fort McMurray so not much chance I will be getting that any time soon. I have never had the action out of the stock. But I will have a go, I understand putting it back in is kind of involved has to be just so, Will have to find the article again on that. Thanks for the replies.
