HELP! VZ fab folder to AR stock.

I have a VZ which was wearing a FAB UAS folder :http://www.fab-defense.com/en/categ...-w-cheek-piece-for-vz.-58-polymer-joint-.html

I want to convert it back to the AR style stock, but I cannot remove the smaller diameter adapter which screws into the butt end of the receiver. The rifle was duracoated with the adapter in place, so perhaps thats making it harder. Any ideas/tips?

Get a punch or some pliers and tap/turn that sucker out. But of lube or some heat might help

I'm pretty useless apparently. I tried putting the bolt in from the action side so tightening it would loosen the outer adaptor, but no luck.

Got it by tightening the crap out of a bolt from the action side. It was mostly the duracoat keeping it in place.
