Help wanted

Hello looking for help in dealing with dishonest dealer that takes money and doesn't ship package. I have used gunnutz as my guide to firearms and info for a couple years without any problems up till the end of June 2010. Since then i made a purchace from ARMCO MACHINE AND PLATING which has yet to be delivered. Two weeks ago was the last response i had from the owner ( GUNNAR ) who agreed a refund was in order and that the package he said that was shipped on JUly 7th 2010 was actually never sent. I have tried to contact several times to find out what the delay is about and still no response. ARMCO MACHINE AND PLATING requires EMT payments which i have since found out aren't insured like (FRAUD ALERT). How can i pursue my refund and help stop anyone else from being taken by ARMCO MACHINE AND PLATING from PRINCE GEORGE B.C.. Thanks Dar
 
They look to seem to be still in business. Perhaps a phone call is in order?
 
Send him the link of this post.. The internet can kill a business quick. If he see's this he may expedite your refund, then you can tell us that ( hopefully) "all's well", and then you can get this post deleted......to be fair to Armco.
 
So many shady firearms dealers out there ... not saying armco is one, but I've had that exact experience with a few of em on here and it's just sad..once I finish up my first kit since I am trying to save $$ I will start going to local dealers for the service
 
I have gotten a few guns from ARMco and never had an issue, also on his site it say he has been under the weather and is behind in his responce times. I would just give him another call or send a e-mail as I have found that works best with him.
 
I've never had a problem getting a hold of Gunnar, and never had any trouble with any transaction that I've had with Armco. Gunnar is busy, no doubt, and he has been recovering from a recent illness. Give him a bit of time, Gunnar is a man of his word; he will take care of you. He's been in business a very long time and has a very good reputation.

I'm happy for you. But my dealing with this company has not been or shown signs of what you say. I have all email records of our discussions of the product and even him ( gunnar letting me know that he recieved the payment and that the package was sent on that same day ). I later have an email from him that says it never was shipped and that he agreed a refund was in order and when he could get around to it he would do this. Since then two more weeks of NOTHING
 
Just out of curiosity, you say you have been using CGN a a resource for a couple of years but you've only been a member for 6 months. Do you happen to have another CGN user name?
