My Renaissance has developed an ejector problem and is currently at my LGS for service but after several months they have not yet looked at it so I'm trying to trouble shoot on my own. My question is this for any Renaissance owners, are your ejector cams (Franchi calls them extractor cams) locatd in the forend metal spring loaded or not? The schematic shows an extractor cam spring but I know that mine are not spring loaded. If you could check yours and let me know I might be able to make some progress getting it up and running again.

I dont own a Franchi Renaissance, however, I suggest contacting Stoeger Arms Canada. They handle Beretta/Bennelli/Franchi here in Canada. They should be able to help confirm as well as supply the parts. I believe Franchi has pretty decent warranty serivce to they may even cover it under that. Worth a call or e-mail!

I tried them but its off warranty they will send me parts but I'd like to know in advance before I order, also they can be slow to get back especially this time of year.

Just a last try try to see if there are any Renaissance owners out there who can help me out as I still haven't heard from Stoeger.
