Help with a K98 dilemma?

No it was just thought that they were added at the lower levels. Thousands of early
Guns have hoods or grooves with no other depot work.

I can't recall if there was a specific order given out to upgrade or not. If have to look through my books and files.
 
I put a Yugo K98 stock on my cut stock Israeli K98K, its missing the 7.62 marking of the original, and there were a couple small pieces of wood at the back of the receiver slot I had to remove but looks good after all that.
