Help with a mid 80's push feed Winchester Model 70 safety

Good morning. Have an issue with my Model 70. The safety will not move from the fire position. I know they can be sticky, but this one will not move at all. Hope anyone have any insight. Thanks for the info in advance.

~ Action must be cocked.
~ Bolt must be fully closed.
~ Clean needed areas.
~ May need to fit the Firing Pin at it's engagement point with the Safety.

Refitting may be needed. Best to have an experienced smith do this.
