Help with a realistic pricing on my SL8

I want a Motorcycle, but I feel I should sell something to get it especially with the economy being a bit slow. So I have my SL8 5 with the long rail which I don't use very often. Other than a small notch I cut into the rear bottom of the butt pad sling mount so I could use slings with smaller hooks, it is in new condition. Might even have the original box for it somewhere not sure though.

Prices have been bouncing around a lot lately with the CAD etc. New in stock ones seem to be in that 2600 dollar range, although I haven't checked every single retailer yet.

Edit: Meant to put this in the black rifles forum, if a mod would move it would be appreciated.

I had mine for sale for over a month and ended up selling it for under 2k

The cost of a brand new one plus 10 to 15 percent doesn't seem to be a successful pricing strategy on the EE, atleast not when the item is still for sale in stores nevertheless that is the popular trend. I'd list it for 15% under new retail and consider every offer above 60% worth negotiating with.

I bought mine new for $1800 so I would only pay less than that for a used gun

roughly 2K in decent condition... if there are extras, price could go up?

Not really any extras. Have a 3d printed stanag Magwell that kind of works. I was thinking 1900-2100 so glad to see I am somewhat close. Need to raise up 3k roughly so probably put some other stuff up as well. Have a Remington 1911 maybe. I don't even know what all I have without digging through the safe lol. It's a sickness collecting these things.
