Help with actual bullet size of Czech 76.2x25

All surplus 7.62x25 use bullets in the range of .308 to .310 in diameter. Bullet has FMJ (exposed led bottom) type construction which is designed to obturate when fired through various 7.62 barrels and do expand to fit the lands and groves. At roughly 1500fps it will reach diameter of the barrel its fired through and expand to the max, may be even to .312 which I doubt this is correct measurement of ops barrel diameter.

From all surplus duds in x25 i ever pulled apart none of them measured more than .310, this with sealing tar on the bullets.
So as long as this barrel has clean groves and lands it will fire any surplus with reasonable accuracy.

So I'm embarrassed to say that I think I found the problem. It's a combination of a 10lbs + trigger pull and overconfidence in my abilities. I managed to score some Czech surplus ammo, used a redneck rest, and hyper focused on taking each shot. There were decent groups to be had. I no longer believe there is anything wrong with the gun, other than a horrible trigger and a fool shooting it.
