Help with an H&R Plainsman

A few years back my dad gave me the H&R Plainsman rifle I shot growing up.

Shoots good. Couple problems I have is it tends to not feed properly off the magazine and the bolt is stiff turning. I was wondering if anyone knew how to take the bolt apart so I could clean the internals on it and see if that helps.

I tried the search and came up blank.

try spraying or soaking the bolt in brake cleaner. that Stuff is wonderful.
