Help with an Interesting Auction Find. 1940 Luger dewat with Belt & Holster

Hope this is in the right section* Applogies if not. Hi, my cousin bought this at a local Auction & I'm thinking of trading her for this Luger - Warning* It is in Rough shape itself & Unfortunately a thorough Dewat. I'd have to get the whole thing just for the Holster, Belt & Mag. I figure those have to be where the value is, if not repros? I dont know allot about them, but it looks like the Mag is wood bottom, not aluminum that would have come with a 1940.
Luger 1940 (serial number 7772)
Magazine, full wooden bottom. Funtioning. (no serial numbers)
Leather holster, 1942 stamped waffen SS Belt
Deactivated

These are the only foto's I have to deal with. Any Help with Identifying any of these items, & a market value would be appreciated.

That's about the saddest P08 I've ever seen, Sir, right down to the replacement grips. The most valuable part of that ensemble will probably be the magazine. The holster is most definitely nothing to do with ANY P08. The full serial number includes the suffix letter found on the front of the frame, BTW. I can't find any reference to the company of 'Mater' of Bordeaux in my list of leatherwork contractors for the German occupying forces.

You would really want to have it very badly, IMO.

Ya, I agree! I told her that that is in BAD shape & the belt is probally a repro. I agree that the magazine is the most valuable part. If the holster isnt for a luger, then there goes allot of interest out the window. If the belt is repro. Not much value in it. Still a cool belt. either way. I'll probally pass ":p..Thnx!
 
It's a post war French Leather Belt and Holster for the MAC 50 Pistol. My nephew has the same stuff he got from a Movie Prop Rental company... DEFINITELY Fake SS stamp.

That "Luger" almost looks like a movie prop.... Definitely fake grips...
