Help with BRNO rifle ID

I need a stock for this rifle and the only markings on it are "ZBROJOVKA-BRNO" and stamped 30/06 with serial #. Still can't locate the model yet. It's a bolt action and has the square set trigger. Any help to ID the rifle or even a mfg date would be great.

Brno 600 possibly? Does it have a forward push set trigger? Check the image and see if it looks like my rifle, it is a BRNO 601.

Can you post a picture of the action? In the older Brno's the .30/06 was common in the ZG/47, but without a picture it will be hard....

oops, never mind, you said square set trigger, and those came on the later ZKK rifles.

Thanks 1899. You just reminded me of my ZG-47. :) I get so caught up in always wanting new rifles that sometimes i don't spend enough time with the ones i have. I can't wait 'till the snow leaves so i can go out and play with her again. :cheers:

They sure don't build them like those ZG47's any more, do they?

I'm away for awhile and will post pics when i return but for now, It has the push set forward trigger and a sling stud metal band on the barrel. If that helps
 
The model on the BRN)/CZ 600 ZKK series is where the front scope ring is, so if you have a scope on the gun, you will not be able to read the model designation, great rifles! I am obsessed with BRNO's!

I have three ZKM 452 22RF, ZKK 601 22-250 and a ZKK 602 375 H&H. i also have two Zastavia mausers imported by Interarms and Remington. Quality is better on the Zastavias but I love both.
 
Chris(gunrunner100) just fed my addiction a little, thanks for the CZ 511 mag works great!

Its too bad that the old BRNO plant was scrapped! My friend Denny from California, tryed to save what was left, but most of the machinery was carted off to the scrap heap! He did though buy all that was left, but mostly everthing has been sold, but he does have a few treasures left! I have a double set trigger Stretcher conversion for my BRNO #3 coming!!!
