Help with cast bullets in 357 magnum

So looking for advice I have winchester 296 and I want to develop loads using bullet barn 180 gr projectiles Andy one have a powder charge starting point I know 13gr seems to be the starting load for jacketed bullets but not sure if I can use that with the cast projectiles
 
HI; I use to load these bullets for silhouettes. Watch your bullet seating depth, C.O.L. ,the older speer manual Had three loads. Full length crimped in the groove. Deep seated and crimped over the top driving band for revolvers, and 357 mag cases trimmed back to a length almost 38 special length. There is different loads min. and Max for each style of loading. AS I sold my speer book I can not help with the loads.
