Try Higginson. They carry Lee dies. Did you know that you can neck size only with a full length die? Just short stroke the press so the neck goes most of the way, but not all the way into the die. And when you do need to full length resize, I suggest only bumping the shoulder back a thou or two. Don't jam the case all the way into the die. This will prevent head separation, especially in guns that have excessive head space.
