Hey, just out of courisity, if I know of a now prohib Troy AR, how would a person enter the serial number online to double check if said rifle is in the system or not. If said rifle is not in system, is it a “what rifle” kinda thing or is it an ahhh #### kinda thing.

There's no way a Troy AR15 isn't in the system unless it was smuggled into the country. It would have been registered when imported.
