Help with Flintlock pistol info

OK, I am sure this topic is has been answered but I still have not been able to find a definite answer.

Are replica flint lock pistols Restricted?
What about Antique Flint lock pistols? Do all the "Antique" laws I keep seeing on this forum apply to flintlocks?

at the risk of being sarcastic; go up to the stickies and the second sticky posted is a guide to the CFC regulations on antiques. Page 2 of the sticky posts a scan of the regulations. This question seems to get asked about every 2 - 3 weeks
