Help with headstamp 9mm

I just got a lot of once fired brass that reads W M A 1 2 in the headstamp.
The seller told me it is Winchester, and I think it is, just wanted to know if anybody has had any experience with that brass.

Also, some cases seem to have a little burr on the edge/mouth, very small, should I discard those?

Could it be WRA, which is a recognized winchester headstamp.

it is not WRA, they are WCC 11 and WMA12 (mostly WMA12). Brass seeems to be ok, not the best, but ok.

I believe the WCC brass is from the Western Cartridge Company in Illinois. Not sure about the WMA but sounds like it is all military stuff.

Wouldn't the sizing die take care if that well enough?

No you still have to chamfer. I found that even doing this with brand new brass helps a lot

it may be military brass, that was my thought, primers are not crimped though, so all is good.
