Help with Hornady data

I'm just looking for the start and max loads for the 190 gr. IL BTSP with IMR 7828 in 308 NORMA. I picked up the powder and bullets at Higginsons going by their latest Hornady book but can't find the load in the older books I have!

start 60.9 gr...............max 71.3 gr.

Funny there's no data on Hodgdon's site either. This is from Stevespages. IMR-7828 From 60.9 grains to 71.3 grains.

X2. The listing in Hornadys 7th is the same. I am in the process of changing over to Barnes TTSX bullets but one of the best combinations to date in my 308 Norma Magnum is IMR 4350 behind the Sierra 200gr SBT.
