Help with ID of revolver

Can anyone ID this revolver? It is Begian proofed but no other markings.



As a bonus, can anyone help with dating it? It is post 1893, but the inspector/controller marks don't seem to match up with anything I can find.

It is a copy of that. A few yrs ago, I had one just like that, only not as nice, if was just registered as unknown. I never bothered with any more research as it was not worth the effort.
380? I may have something on the FRT CD's, but don't have a drive in the new laptop.

Definitely some sort of Webley/Bulldog Revolver clone from Belgium, the cylinder flutes are pretty interesting as they look to be emulating the early Webley "Church steeple" style of fluting.

Also appears to be some sort of drilled hole or rivet in the frame just above the wood grips? Anything sticking out of that on the other side?

The BA on the cylinder also looks very familiar, not sure where I have seen it before though

Belgian copy of the Webley RIC type. Accurate dating might be difficult.

As noted by the OP, post 1892 or 3, when the Bd'ÉL changed the markings to accord with the recently-imposed German proof requirements. However, because of the total lack of any dating 'data' stamps, stating the actual age is not possible.
