I'm steering away from the conversion kits for now. I'd like to get a .22 dedicated auto-pistol for now and look at a centrefire later on. The 22/45 really seems to be doing well in the poll. I will admit though I am shocked to see how the GSG 1911 is doing .
I agree with that. I would rather have 2 pistols than one and a half. And conversion kits are usually the same or more money than dedicated .22 guns.
Some will say that you benefit from having the same trigger to 'train'
with and that is valid but I shoot for fun and it's more fun to shoot more guns.Besides everyone knows that proper training for your future navy seal career involves airsoft.......
