Help with new holster I recently got in a deal.

Guys looking for some info on a open fronted holster and mag holders I got in a deal. It fits a 1911 and the fellow said he used it in competition. There is only a strap for retention, what type of competition can this be used for?
It is very stiff leather and is made in Regina but it is not found on the makers website. All of his stuff is high end. Any idea on a price if I were to sell it, if I can't use it.
Any info would be great.

If the holster covers the trigger you might be able to use it for IPSC. Otherwise PPC

This is old school stuff. Ernie Hill used to be state of the art in late 80's. Northern Plains leather basically cloned a bunch of Ernie's stuff.
This stuff was... adequate (for lack of a better term)… 30 years ago, but has little value today.
