Hey guys, this may be a stupid question, but I tried searching the forum but didnt find any other thread with this question, so Im sorry if someone else has asked this. Im doing my application for my pal, but the only government ID I have is my birth cert. so Im just wondering If i use the certificate number, or the registration number?

You probably got 2 numbers on the birth certificate
one on the front, and one on the back.
Both are tracked by and registered with the Government of Canada.
