I have a Parker Hale in 6mm Remington, I am looking to order a replacement fiberglass stock for it as the original wood one is warped and pushes into the barrel hard.
I opened up the barrel channel and it shoots 3 100gr Partitions into under an inch @ 100yds. But now stock looks like sh*t in my eyes. I had full plans to restock if it shot good and its a keeper, 48gr RL 22, 100 gr Partition @3150fps....first load tried :)
I need to know what type of Mauser it is...... markings on the barrel are as reads....Safari 6mm Rem., BNP with a little crown over it, Parker Hale LTD, Brimingham ENGLAND.
It also has the left hand wing style safety. And it has a 243/308 clip. ser # F180

I want to order the right Bell & Carlson stock for it, hopefully a Medalist....thanks

As jamesharrison has stated it is basically a large ring '98 Mauser. The stock will have to be fitted for this particular action and barrel.
