Help with pricing

Hey guys

Was looking at an estate for a widow. Tons of military/police uniforms and saddles. The lady also had some guns from her husband.

For rimfire, there were two rifles - both in good condition with good bore. No obvious flaws eg bore/serviceable/wood not beat but possibly refinished

The Stevens visible is worth between 250 and 450 depending on the bore.
The Remington 12's usually don't go for much and it looks a little rougher than the Stevens probably in the 200-300 range.

I would be interested in the Stevens.

I do not own these and doubt I will be buying them (or the rest of the collection). I am just trying to give her a rough estimate of the value of the various firearms should she decide to sell them or put them to auction.

Thanks for the estimate guys. The lady called me today and has decided to take it all to auction (I assume Bud Haynes/Wards)
