Help with reloading books

This is the list I have bought so far... A couple are so new I can't find them yet and I am not buying the sierra book because it hasn't been updated in 14 years.
Hornady 10th - Brand new can't find yet
Berger 1st edition - Cant find it either
Hodgdon 2016 annual - So new can't find it.
Nosler #8, Barnes #4, ABC of reloading #9, Handbook of reloading basics, Lyman 50th and Lee 2nd edition are all bought.

That's a good start! Read all you have purchased - cover to cover. Then start carefully. Ask if you have questions or need help.

I started with Lyman, Speer, Lee and Hodgdon (Hard Cover!) manuals a couple decades ago (Crap, I'm old now! What happened?).

The data is good to compare across several manuals when working-up a load. For a new reloader, the procedure is key as is checking load data. Keep good records of what you have loaded. For a long time, I kept targets in my reloading log with load data and procedure notes. It's good to note your shooting results (shot targets) compared to what you did in your brass preparation steps and loading procedure (with data).

Good luck and be safe.

every rifle is unique... throat lengths make a huge difference in potential from caliber to caliber

loading close to the lands vs loading to book OAL makes a large difference as well
primer choice... i found alot of my loads in my 7mag became alot more accurate and ES dropped conciderably using a large rifle primer instead of a large rifle MAGNUM primer

this is stuff you can tinker with as you progress as a handloader.

another book series i would highly recommend reading is the work by Nathan Foster http://www.ballisticstudies.com/
