Help with Tokarev

What's the difference between tokarevs? I see some with no russian star on the grips, but still, supposed to be Russian.

I see some from 189$ at Epps all the way to 260$ at Tradex (now sold out).

Anyone can help me choosing the right Tokarev. I want a russian one, WW2 dates, in the best condition possible. Refinished or not... Im in Quebec but ill order it from B.C. if needed.

I got mine from CGN member Weimajack (he probably is sold out but you could try), WW2 dated, I'm 100% happy with it!

The deal at Elwood's looks good... The folks over there could find one dated in the years you want; worth giving them a call and enquire at the very least. Would be fun being able to hand pick one...

I just made a move. Bought 1 from FRONTIER ( +1 for service).
They return my call within 30 minutes, taking the time for me (im slow in english). Now I need ammo (they were sold out) !

Where to find ammo for Tokarev TT33?

The best you can do is call around to see if any shops have it in stock. Where are you located, as I recall seeing some for sale in the EE forum.

Might be easier to pick up a 9mm barrel and use it in that calibre. Marstar had some as I recall.

Barracuda, do you have EE access? Someone had a case with ??1700 rounds left in it for sale. Anyone else see that?
