I have a M1891 from 1904. The stock has the Finn arsenal AV3 stamp on it and the receiver has the SA stamp too BUT the wood stock is one piece not the typical Finn two-piece retro-fit. Stock also has the hinged sling swivels of the M1891 along with the barrel bands that protrude on the bottom making me think this stock is either original to the rifle or at least an original uncut m1891 stock. Rear sight markings in "arshins". Front sight is a simple base and crown has been counter bored a-la-Finn. Rifling is deep with slightly rounded edges. No cleaning rod. Ishevsk bow and arrow stamps here and there and matching bolt. Overall length is 51.5". Need a value.

Your rifle is a total rebuild. The bands are no indicator of stock originality. Typically original one piece stocks found on Finnish M91s are US contract walnut and often sit on US contract rifles (these were rebuilt less frequently for reasons still unknown). The sling hangers are Finnish additions not Russian at all, original Imperial Russian sling swivels for a 1904 would be on the front of the magazine body (your mag body is later pattern) and a matching swivel on the sling which latched onto the front band (99% of the time missing). It looks like an average, shootable Finn M91. Recent auctions have seen these bring $800-$1200, I would suggest yours would be on the lower end of that range. Correct cleaning rods for these do not grow on trees unfortunately.
