Just got this from the original owner , bought new by a BC conservation officer,Winchester 70 XTR,24 inch,264 win mag. Hunted with for a few seasons, mostly stored, sling swivels installed, weaver mounts, ebony for end cap , irons sights removed, comes with dies, brass and loaded shells in pic, load data and some bullets. what would a package like this be worth to sell.

Length of pull correct?
I'm guessing $650 ---- $750 + >< - ?

International just sold a .264wm with a lower end Bushnell for $450.
Wasn't a Winchester, but I snoozed.

700 +/-
I really like the push feed Winchesters but it seems you can't give them away these days. Desirable calibre with dies, brass; ready to roll
Great gun thanks for posting

You can't sell or give away reloaded anmo, so pull them and include them as components.

Awwwww bawh humbug.
Reload'in components.

Pull them apart, dump the powder and fire off or push the primers out.
Brass and bullets newturd'd.

Do what has been done forever at gun shows... tell the buyer the reloads are free but they must be dismantled ... and you want $ for the brass and bullets...

The give away part... I have to read that to believe it...

I dunno, it's what the CSSA/CILA says. https://cssa-cila.org/legals/legal-info-for-reloaders/
When you are reloading you should be in an area dedicated to reloading, no fumes, matches, smoking, no lights that can cause an explosion. Only 2 kg can be out of the locked box and in the room with you. At the end of the session all the explosives must be returned to the locked box. And you cannot resell or give away these cartridges. If you intend to, you need a license and more restrictions must be met.

If you can get the above values for that rifle, grab it and run. It's a Post 64 M70...I would struggle to give you $500 for that whole set up. They're just not that desirable nor is the 264WM overly popular (it should be, but isn't).
