Hi Guys I need help.. i am looking for m1a or m14s loaded what would you consider the best looking tactical but practical hunting rifle moose deer elk. I am sick of trying to pack my 7mm mag 30-30 and 22-250 on my quad.... I am thinking the .308 would take em all down but I would still be able to have a fun gun to plunk with. the springfield is pricey compared to the norinco but has anyone seen any accessories that make the norinco look good and where in the hell do you get the accessories in Canada............... thoughts

Head on over to the milsurp forum for info on the M305, Norinco's M14 copy. A lot of guys have pimped them out pretty nice.

Unless some one comes up with another .308 non-restricted black rifle, that's really your only choice.

M14's dont fit in the scabbard and if you put it on the gunrack, especially if its scoped, you will see that it will not hold zero.
